The ICSW structure has nine geographic regions headed by a regional president. Members in the different regions are furnished with a newsletter which update and detail the various activities, opportunities and work being performed. You'll find the most recent and current newsletter from various regions here.
East and Southern Africa Newsletter: April - July 2015 This issue features an article on a pioneering social work project promoting active aging in Brazil, sustainable development goals for the post 2015 Agenda, the Asian African Summit 2015 convened in Indonesia and more. South Asia Newsletter - October 2014 - April 2015 The latest newsletter from Southern Asia features an article exploring durable solutions for Sri Lankan Refugees in India, a report on Nepal's deadly earthquake and much more. European Newsletter - Spring 2015 The first issue of 2015 includes a message from the President, updates on our member activities and events, an article on the progress of the international free trade agreements and social services, and much much more.

ICSW North East Asia Region, which has been divided from Asia-Pacific Region since 2000, comprises five members: Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, Mongolia and Taiwan.

2) New member in ICSW family: United Association of Social Welfare Organization (Mongolia) United Association of Social Welfare Organization (herewith “United Association”) joined the ICSW family as a new national member organization in North East Asia Region since 2016. The United Association strives to make contribution in increasing engagement and cooperation of civil societies in social welfare, to develop comprehensive system and change the public attitude in Mongolia, and to strengthen the networking between local welfare NGOs and overseas counterparts 3) Member organization

B. Regional Activities

1) Joint World Conference on Social Work, Education and Social Development 2016 (SWSD2016) nea swsd2016 1The SWSD2016 has been successfully held during 27-30 June 2016 in Seoul, Korea. The theme of the conference was “Promoting the Dignity and Worth of People”. A total of 232 sessions and 1,540 presentations were arranged. 3 social programs and 12 field visits were organized. More than 2500 participants from more than 80 countries attended the conference. The Seoul Declaration from IASSW, ICSW & IFSW was adopted during the Conference. 2) 2015 ICSW North-East Asia Regional Conference on Long Term Care nea swsd2016 2The Hong Kong Council of Social Service hosted the biennial NEA Conference during 5-6 November. In the Conference, regional members shared and exchanged the long-term care service development and the challenges facing in the region. Gala Dinner, agency visits and community tour were organized to regional members. Over 100 participants from regional members, Mainland China, Macau and Hong Kong attended the Conference. 3) Report from ICSW-NEA Headquarter 4) Activity Reports from Member Organizations

2018SWSD都柏林會議報告人補助辦法及申請

國際社會福利協會中華民國總會預定於2018年7月4日(星期三)至7月7日(星期六)組團赴愛爾蘭都柏林參與「2018年社會工作、教育與社會發展國際會議」，本次會議以「環境與社區永續性：發展中社會的人類解決方案」為主題，包括15項子議題，將與各國參與者進行相關議題與經驗之交流分享。為鼓勵臺灣相關領域之學者及實務工作者等前往參與，擴展國際交流，國際社會福利協會中華民國總會於衛生福利部指導下，提供補助予都柏林國際會議之報告人。
 
補助申請即將於3月19日 (一) 截止，若您已投稿文章或海報摘要獲大會接受，並欲申請本會補助，煩請填寫補助申請表，並檢附相關證明文件，以掃描或其他檔案方式於2018年3月19日（一）前Email 至[email protected] 申請，本會經審查後，將於2016年3月30日 (五)前通知審查結果。

台灣世界展望會「終止兒童受暴國際研討會」邀請您的參與

內置圖片 1 每年全球有超過10億的兒童在剝削、傷害、霸凌等不當對待下，遭遇各種形式的身心暴力；約每10名兒童就有6名正遭受身體虐待、120萬名兒童正面臨人口販運的危機、每3名兒童就有1名遭受霸凌及不平等對待；在台灣社會各角落，兒童及青少年面臨疏於照顧、身心虐待、言語霸凌等其他危機，在恐懼陰影中成長……

兒童福祉該如何捍衛？兒童受暴能如何終止？

ICSW 東北亞分會

國際社會福利協會於全球皆有會員組織，因而以區域劃分的方式落實協會宗旨及推動區域發展，目前國際社會福利協會共分十個區域，包括歐洲、北美洲、中美洲暨加勒比海、南美洲、北非暨中東、中西非、東南非、東北亞、中南亞、及東南亞暨太平洋區等。 東北亞區域於 2000 年十月第二十九屆的全球大會中，由原屬亞太區域分出，區域會員包括臺灣、日本、韓國、蒙古及香港。 2008年杜爾會議選舉臺灣協會白秀雄先生擔任，東北亞區域分會首任主席 ( North East Asia Region, Regional President )、日本協會松壽庶先生擔任東北亞區域分會財務長 ( North East Asia Region, Regional Tresurer )。東北亞區域分會辦公室於 2009 年中成立，設址於國際社會福利協會中華民國總會會址所在。 詳細資料請參考本會英文資料
